Before touring any model home, please inform the on-site agents if you are being assisted by any real estate broker or sales person in locating or purchasing a home. If so, please provide the name of the broker or sales person before touring any model home so that such broker or sales person will be entitled to share in any compensation resulting from your purchase of a new home.

Otherwise, our firm agrees to cooperate with any broker or sales person you choose to assist you, but any compensation paid to them will be your responsibility in accordance with the terms of any agreement you have signed with them.
