Brian Rich, President of BNR Homes, Inc., is one of those builders who is truly "hands-on". Brian learned his trade by starting in 1993 with the basics – working in home construction. In 1999, Brian took the next step and formed Rich Construction, Inc. – and specialized in concrete flatwork. By 2004, all the pieces finally came together and Brian started BNR Homes, Inc. and successfully transitioned into one of the area's leading new-home builders. 

Since that time, Brian has brought truly innovative designs to the construction of his homes. As you walk through one of Brian's home, pay particular attention to all of the unique plan designs that include those "little touches" which change a house into a "home". The quality and  attention to detail speak volumes about Brian's dedication and pride in his company – and most importantly – in the house that becomes your home. Brian is a member of the Wichita Area Builders Association.
