Bob Cook Homes, LLC

Bob Cook has been building quality homes since 1978. Starting with doing concrete work at the age of 15, Bob has had experience in many aspects of the building process. He started with concrete flatwork, but has also built swimming pools and has been a commercial superintendent. He built his first home in 1978, and has never looked back.

Bob believes that communication is the most important part of the building process and maintains a "hands on" approach to every home. Doing some of the work himself provides him the chance to stay in touch with the job and his customer. He believes in staying as accessible as possible to his customers to keep the lines of communication open. Bob believes in giving his customers the best quality product while striving to keep prices competitive.

Bob Cook Homes has been recognized with many awards for their past home projects. During prior Parade of Homes they were awarded for Pick of the Parade, Best Kitchen, Most Effective Design, and Best Basement. Bob is a member of the Wichita Area Builders Association and has served on its board of directors since 2006. He is also a member of the Better Business Bureau. Bob looks forward to working with you and building your dream home.
