After working together for 5 years previously as builder and interior designer, they combined their expertise to form a unique building experience. Margaret, Tony and their team strive to develop a relationship with each homebuyer by maintaining an open line of communication and personally catering to individual needs. Designer Homes’ follow-up process ensures that any imperfections are corrected. Margaret is always present on the final walk thru with the realtor and the homebuyers. The ‘punch list’ is then signed by all and taken care of within 30 days. They strive to finish it within the first week if possible. They never leave a job until the client is fully satisfied. The workmanship of every completed home has a one year warranty backed by the Wichita Area Builders Association. They take great pride a large portion of our business is generated by word-of-mouth and referrals from previous satisfied customers.
