Builder Plans

New homes don't just happen... it takes planning, skill, craftsmanship, the right people, and the expertise to pull it all together. At Preferred Properties we work closely with the new home builders in our communities. Our agents know that working side-by-side with the contractors we will accomplish our number one goal... matching new home buyers with the perfect home for their needs.

Several of the following floor plans are currently under construction and available for purchase. We also have packets of the floor plans, community amenities and information that we will be happy to provide for you. Please contact the Community Manager for details.

CUSTOM BUILD: Please visit with the Community Manager if you have custom changes you would like to make to one of the floor plan designs. The builders are happy to try and accommodate your changes in order to make this new home uniquely your own.

AVAILABILITY: Due to design and square footage plan restrictions, please verify the availability of a floor plan with the Community Manager for the new home community you are considering.
